The Church offers the Anointing of the sick to any person who is Baptised and is either seriously ill, awaiting an operation, or in danger of death from sickness or advanced age.
In our Parish the Sacrament of Anointing of the sick is also offered during a Healing Service (a Special Mass) celebrated on a summer month when volunteers bring to church some of the more able parishioners who are normally not able to make their way to church.
